TrustedBee ("the Service") is owned and operated by Type III Works LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Account information. When you sign up or request access, we collect the information you provide, such as your name and email address.
Profile and directory information. If you create or claim a professional listing, we store the information you submit for that listing.
Analytics data. We use PostHog and Vercel Analytics to understand how the Service is used. These tools may collect information such as pages visited, referring URLs, browser and device type, approximate location (derived from IP address), and interaction events. This data is used in aggregate to improve the Service and is not used to build advertising profiles.
We do not collect or store any other personal information beyond what is described above.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Review and approve access requests during the beta
- Display professional directory listings
- Understand usage patterns and improve the Service
- Communicate with you about your account or the Service
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising.
Service Providers
We rely on a small number of third-party providers to operate the Service. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments:

Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication and session management, and for the analytics described above. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect your ability to log in.
Data Retention
We retain account and profile information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of our analytics providers. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the link below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, particularly as the Service moves out of beta. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
