TrustedBee — Beta Terms & Content Disclaimers

1. Beta Service. TrustedBee is a beta service operated by Type III Works LLC ("we," "us") and is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Features may change and data may be lost or deleted at any time without notice.

2. Opinions Only. All content about professionals on TrustedBee — including ratings, reviews, comments, and any statements regarding a professional's financial ability, reliability, competence, character, or conduct — consists solely of the personal opinions of the individual users who submitted it. Such content reflects individual experiences and beliefs, is not a statement of fact, and does not represent the views of Type III Works LLC.

3. Meaning of "Verified." Where content is labeled "verified" (or similar), that label means only that we believe the submission originated from a real person who could plausibly have some knowledge of the subject matter. Verification is not a determination that any content is true, accurate, or complete, and we do not investigate or fact-check the substance of any opinion.

4. No Warranty; No Advice. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content. Content on TrustedBee does not constitute professional, financial, legal, or hiring advice; you rely on it at your own risk and should independently verify information before acting on it.

5. Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. TrustedBee is not a "consumer reporting agency" as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and its content is not a "consumer report." You may not use TrustedBee to determine any person's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or any other purpose covered by the FCRA or similar laws.

6. User Content Responsibility. Users are solely responsible for the content they submit and represent that their submissions reflect their honest, good-faith opinion or experience. We host user-submitted content and do not author, endorse, or adopt it.

7. Right of Response & Removal Requests. If you are the subject of content on TrustedBee, you may currently (a) respond by filing a submission under your own name, and (b) request removal of specific content by filing a submission that identifies the content and includes your explanation in the proof field. We will contact you at the email address associated with your account to discuss further. A dedicated response feature for named professionals is planned for a future update.

8. Moderation Discretion. We may remove, edit, restrict, or retain any content at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, and we do not guarantee that any content will be removed upon request except where required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Type III Works LLC is not liable for any user content or for any decision made or action taken in reliance on content appearing on TrustedBee.

10. Changes; Governing Law. We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version to this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
